Introduction This report will explore the scope of hardware and software currently in use in the tablet technology industry and the advancements that are taking place. It will do this by examining three different tablets and comparing them to each other from the point of view of the respective hardware and software present on each system (particularly the tablets). It will also demonstrate understanding of computer systems and how they help people/owners to effectively carry out responsibilities in both their professional and personal lives. Finally, this report will seek to identify the nature of computer-supported business systems and legal data. and the development of networking and communication.Tablet ReviewThe purpose of this section is to compare the technical specifications of 3 different tablets available on the market today. The tablets are:• Ipad mini: a tablet released by Apple (Apple, 2014) and on which the iOS operating system is installed. According to statistics (Sutherland, 2013), the iPad had the largest market share among other tablets.• Surface 2: This is a tablet released by Microsoft (Microsoft, 2014) and comes installed with a light version of the operating system Windows. • Nexus 7: This is a tablet released by ASUSTek (Asus, 2014) and has the Android operating system installed on it (Android operating system is owned by Google; (Google, 2014)).HardwareProcessor• A processor is a small chip that exists in computers and most, if not all, computing devices (TechTerms, 2012). It may also be known as a central processing unit or CPU. Its basic job is to handle all the basic instructions of the system, such as processing signals from the mouse, keyboard input and any other peripherals, while/and executing... middle of paper..... .tomer five minutes faster than before without the tablet and customers felt comfortable providing feedback on the service, which was very important for the company as a whole (Endler, 2013). Conclusion Endler (2013) pointed out that “although tablets are not a perfect alternative to the PC, they have become cheap and too efficient to be neglected” (Endler, 2013). In this regard, since the hardware specifications of these tablets are pushed even further, in no time the tablet could become a perfect replacement for the PC desktop with the added benefit of portability This report has shown from the perspective of one company, Stacked, that the implementation of tablets in a process working can actually benefit a company as a whole. This report, the 3 major tablets have been compared with each other and it should be noted that there are multiple players in the tablet market.
