In both forms of education, students are provided with a very strong support structure, be it technological or interpersonal. The dual type of study presents high quality courses. There are numerous courses available for training, both in traditional and distance learning schools. Additionally, the two allow students to receive assistance from instructors. In both forms of education, academic attributes for adult education are offered. Examining student success, Jennings and Bayless (2003) found that “non-test grades showed similar equivalence with online students' average of 83.5 and on-campus students' average of 84, 5” (p.187).
