The purpose of the article Transforming the Classroom for Collaborative Learning in the 21st Century is to discuss how teaching should be taught closer to the way students students live and how they interact outside the classroom, technology and pedagogy should be better integrated, and schools should have partners who can enhance their strengths and help their weaknesses. The main findings of this article are that teachers should have a closer relationship with students; there should be more emphasis on skills that are relevant now, schools should have the latest and most advanced technology and teachers need stronger links with parents.
