Sometimes having this type of responsibility can be a good or bad thing. With my Christian faith I would do what is right to the best of my ability, even if it means making an unpopular decision. Humanity is created in the image of God, we are all created equally and we should all be treated equally. If someone doesn't agree with you or doesn't like you, that doesn't mean you scold them or fire them. I was instilled with the Christian worldview that doing such things is morally wrong. The organization put its trust in me to do the right thing and not abuse my power. I will be held accountable for all my actions and should respect them
