Providing good service to your customer is the first step to building consumer loyalty. Not providing good service to a customer will only lead to them looking elsewhere with their purchase. Customer satisfaction is a key component to having a customer who will return for future purchases. The organization needs to research its market and adapt to its demands. They need to investigate the purchasing behavior of their audience. Customer purchasing behavior consists of investigating what people buy, the reasons why they buy and how the purchasing process proceeds (Kotler, 1994) and must carry out extensive research. Organizations need to adopt the right pricing strategies. Prices must be fair and affordable. Pricing strategy must be an integral part of any organization that sells to the market (Wharton, 2003). Having a reasonable price; the customer is able to retain their existing customers and attract new ones. It should also be noted that organizations need to carry out proper market analysis so as to keep their prices at par with their competitors.
