Phuong Thao Nguyen It is very common for many high school students to work part-time jobs while going to school. When these adolescents work, they are able to learn and experience life lessons from ethical and moral work. Knowing that school is far away and should be a priority, students should work while in high school because working helps students be more responsible with their lives, helps them practice time management, and also helps students see and experience the real world. Working teaches students about responsibility and also reinforces what they are learning in school. Having a job while in high school is a catalyst for future responsible actions and thoughts. Teens are responsible for staffing, job performance, and customer satisfaction. Presence is very essential in a workplace. Teenagers will demonstrate the skills they gain from work every time they go to work and this will be assessed on their assessment worksheet by their employers. For example, if teenagers missed class, they would be marked for absence and this would later affect their grade. Being responsible at a young age is not very easy, some of them need to take time to work on what they lack. Working will make teenagers feel more confident in life, especially in their work performance. Having responsibility while carrying out the task is important because teenagers know what they should and should not do, this will help them avoid making mistakes at work or lead them to satisfy customers. In fact, students can use what they have been taught in class and apply it to their work skills because study and practice are always a way to go. The more teens practice, the more they learn from work experiences. It doesn't matter how old they are, how much of a student they are... middle of the paper... and how they see life portrayed in a book or movie. They can gain practical experience that will prepare them for the future. Experiences grow with work, no matter what type of work they do, teenagers will still gain a lot of experiences as long as they have practical tasks. The work will not only provide experiences, but also help students have more confidence in life. When teens gain confidence in what they are doing, they are already halfway to success. All in all, teenagers are highly recommended to work while in high school. They get many benefits from work, such as becoming more responsible, spending time effectively, and providing some experiences that will prepare their future. Having a job while attending school is quite difficult. However, a self-motivated and well-organized person may find it easy to balance work and school.
