This article mainly discusses leadership and creativity from a problem-solving perspective by looking at the results of previous studies. The purpose of the article is to develop individual facts, focusing on cognitive processes related to creative outcomes, and to provide suggestions on how leaders can improve their employees' creative problem solving. However, there are more complex facts that can influence creative products in terms of contextual factors; for example, the different types of leadership that can influence employee creativity are not fully discussed in this article. Secondly, there are some shortcomings in the research approach using the analytical research method. Subsequently, in the third part, an alternative search method will be suggested. Therefore, the main purpose of my essay is to demonstrate that there are more factors to consider in the process of creative problem solving and to explain why other research methods should be used in this topic of focus. This article is based on Current research that has identified several factors that can influence organizational creativity, both at the individual and organizational levels, the author has generally introduced the individual and organizational level factors with the creativity models. Then the author focuses on discussing individual factors that can influence creative problem solving. Next, the similarities between cognitive processes and creative problem solving are introduced to get to the main theme.
