The reason I disagree is that when I am sitting I choose the most comfortable pose. Essentially I feel like everyone else does the same. When I'm sitting and posing small it's not because I feel helpless but it's because I feel comfortable that way; and this also applies to an expanded pose, not because I feel powerful but because I feel comfortable in that pose. I am part of a church retreat team called Quest that host youth retreats. At a certain point during the retreats we divided the young people into small groups. The Quests are also divided into small groups and are the leaders. I felt good and comfortable leading a group even when I was in a small position when talking to them and at no point did I feel
