Superstitious stories are harmful to our daily lives because they spread threatening myths told by families and friends that cause us to think differently with fear. Superstitions can affect us terribly in many ways because they can make us afraid of what we want to engage in and what activities we would like to do in our daily lives. If you are naive, you will probably encounter terrifying supernatural beings that could ruin your life; therefore, superstition can be very harmful if left untreated because it can make you feel paranoia. Superstition is harmful to our life because it causes more negative side effects than positive ones because it makes us think that bad luck exists the way we make it happen. When it comes to superstitious events, like Friday the thirteenth, many superstitious believers know that the day will bring them bad luck and the funny thing is that they intentionally cause bad luck to themselves. Superstition is an excessively gullible belief in and veneration of supernatural beings. The overall value of superstition is that believing too much will lead to approaching the supernatural because your brain can see anything at any time. I learned that superstition can harm you because it can lead you down an unwanted path that will keep you scared for life.
