The Hilton Key Largo Resort is a six-year-old Hilton Worldwide hotel that has earned high esteem and is a highly rated resort for vacationers on many travel websites . As one of Hilton Worldwide's eleven successful brands, Hilton Hotels & Resorts is considered an ongoing "innovative and forward-thinking global hospitality leader" (www.hiltonworldwide.com). This brand expands to 550 hotels and resorts in approximately 80 countries. At our Hilton, we turn to the Hilton HHonors program, a loyalty program where its members have the opportunity to earn points and airline miles for their stays in over 4,000 hotels in 90 countries, as well as receive many other complementary privileges. This report covers the basic company profile, which outlines what the Hilton Key Largo location has to offer in the resort and surrounding area. For the Balanced Scorecard section I created a table that includes a strategic plan and management system to align our business activities with the mission and vision of the Hilton Worldwide brands, develop strategies to improve internal and external communications for our location and methods to monitor performance over the next year.
