Thompson of the University of Wisconsin and John D. Gearhart of the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine have discovered how to isolate stem cells in humans, thus creating a totally new to research cures and other remedies in the medical and scientific fields, with an enormous impact also on an ethical level.
