In an explicit cultural context, men and women are known to have very different conversation styles. These styles are unique to each person as they are a tacit dimension composed of many attributive aspects. However, this article highlights that one of these aspects, gender, plays one of the most important roles. As a general deciding factor in dealing with any situation, these two types of conversation (i.e. men's and women's individual styles) can greatly influence both work and social communication. Influenced by multiple factors including place of birth, ethnicity, family, age, class, gender, etc. For the purposes of the article, gender is the highlighted aspect and actually creates very distinctive styles between men and women. Men's conversational style is generally very confrontational and direct, often throwing a few jabs at the other person for a laugh. This type of style is designed to get right to the heart of the matter and maintain a place of power in the conversation. Women, on the other hand, prefer to approach the conversation in a sensitive and positive way. This type of style serves to foster good relationships and often soften the blow of any criticism that may enter the conversation. Both interesting and clever methods, however this can lead to confusion or anger between the genders when they come into conversation with two completely different speech styles. The most important differences between men and women when asking for help or direction are probability and degree. Women are not only more likely to ask for help, but also to continue doing so in the same situation. A female medical school student was known to be the most knowledgeable student in her class, but she received a lower grade from her male teacher because he said she kept asking questions. This brings us to the difference with men, where they generally refuse to ask for help because it puts them at a disadvantage. Men prefer to seek knowledge on their own instead of asking it directly from another person. Women see the advantages of their method as saving time. After all, they go through the process of learning how to find information, then how to find the right information in the context of the situation, and they just get the exact answer they're looking for. Men, on the other hand, point out that you receive more knowledge by seeking it yourself, in addition to the information you originally sought, you get more information that you didn't know before. On the other hand, while learning something new is always valuable, this method may not prove prudent in certain situations. I would much rather have someone ask me how to do CPR instead of listening to it by ear. As a girl who has dated a lot of guys, I like the style of getting straight to the point and the humor of playful banter between them. However, sometimes the conversation with the male method does not provide very effective actions or information. If I were to use the male method of information seeking as an enjoyable practice, I would probably enjoy it a lot. In cases where specific information is needed, the feminine method of asking direct questions will ultimately serve to achieve my goals in an efficient and timely manner. And while I'm a proponent of direct, unsweetened discourse, I believe certain situations need to be handled with more feminine finesse and sensitivity. Please note: this is just an example. Get.
