To enable learning, many theorists have come up with approaches to improve the classroom. Recently, researchers have found much more information on how to make the best classroom for students. Classroom learning is influenced by the rules established in a school or learning environment. Educators and teachers can act in ways that make learning much more difficult can affect the quality of learning enabled. The idea that students are not at the same level of intelligence will put the teacher in the position of having to adapt their teaching to each student and thus enable learning. Therefore, “enable learning” refers to the things that make learning possible, easy, and practical for the student. The term “enabling learning” uses theories, ideas, and approaches that make classroom experiences practical and effective. To enable learning, teachers must discover how and what to teach. Ideas about theories like experiential learning, observational learning, and experiential learning help the student understand the things taught in the classroom. The student's ability to learn new things is not jeopardized by teaching methods. However, the teaching methods and approaches selected for classroom activities determine whether the student's ability to understand simple and complex concepts is unlocked (Aubrey and Riley, p.62). Teacher- and student-centered approaches must be balanced for learning to be possible. . Students at different levels learn best when they take part in classroom activities. This means you need to give students the opportunity to reach their full potential. To enable learning it is necessary to use methods such as group discussions, practical experiments and also reflective teaching using the student's personal experiences. Using these approaches and having the teacher simply speak in front of the class will make the classroom experience positive. When both of these approaches are used, learning is enabled and teachers' jobs are much easier. According to current research in education, setting goals and completing those goals impacts learning. By “enabling learning” we mean the behaviors that a teacher should follow so that learning can take place. Therefore, for learning to take place, educators should be able to select the best learning and teaching methods, understand their students, and ultimately set appropriate goals to achieve in the teaching process (Beetham and Sharpe, 2003, p . 106). Learning cannot be separated from teaching. Enabling learning means there must be enabled teaching. The teacher must teach in the right way so that learning is easy and effective. Learning can be made easier through new technologies. Throughout the 21st century, new technology has changed the way we do many things. This means that the way we learn and teach has become simpler and less complicated. One of the biggest changes and aids to learning is the use of computers. Computers now have many apps that focus on improvementof learnings. Personally, having a laptop I have found that I have all the information I need at my fingertips and can find out things about the other side of the world with just one search. I can also watch videos of objects taken in space, which even scientists and astronauts didn't know much about 100 years ago. Secondly, knowing how to represent patterns in technical subjects helped to understand things with much less difficulty. Model representations enable learning by allowing students to have a visual representation of the topic under discussion, which is a much easier and simpler way to learn than theoretical knowledge (Swann, p.103). I find it much easier to understand things when I can see them laid out visually for me instead of just listening to them being described. Finally, among the uses of technology to enable learning is the use of graphs. Charts can be used to show complicated things in a clearer layout, such as a diagram. Personally I think that artists paint a picture to convey a certain message and the art contained in a painting can say a lot. For example, an image of two people standing together can be used to convey the theme of love and peace, all without writing or saying a word. The same can be achieved with multiple instructional diagrams. All of the technologies listed above help enable learning. “Enabling learning” is something that needs progression in the learning environment. There are many changes happening in education that require the system to be adaptable. Students need to be taught to use the most up-to-date methods and obtain the latest information. Therefore, the education system must be able to constantly adapt its teaching methods throughout the learning process. The idea that learning is progressive also plays an important role in enabling learning. Learning therefore changes and so should the environment. Teaching styles should reflect new technology, new teaching methods and new ways of motivating. Educators should therefore demonstrate and cultivate a progressive culture and always think about how they can improve learning (Beetham and Sharpe, 2003, p.106). Teachers should be aware of how to teach in the classroom before they begin their efforts. it can work. They should fully understand what kind of environment they are in and this will really help learning. Educators and teachers should understand the age of students. Children at their age need a lot of care to establish a good background in their future learning (Smith, Cowie and Blades, p.210). A good foundation for learning means that even at a later level of learning they will have that solid foundation and will be good students. Teachers should ensure they can be listened to and be directed in their teaching to enable learning to occur. Students normally lose concentration when teachers provide a lot of information without breaking it down into smaller parts, to help teachers can ask a question and answer at the end of the teaching to understand what students do and don't know. It is the teacher's responsibility to keep energy levels high and maintain students' attention. Teachers should avoid being boring or just talking for hours and should provide personal experiences or at least an example to aid learning. Discussing a real life situation will help students understand and relate. Many students lack the skills needed to enter the market after leaving school. The teachers"
