On September 27, 2018, I attended the British Columbia Provincial Court in Courtenay. Food, drinks and turned-on cell phones are not permitted in the courthouse. I arrived at the court before 2pm. Before entering the court, I met a lawyer there. I spoke to a lawyer to discuss the case. Then I turned off my cell phone. I am registered in courtroom 222 for the court observation document. The case began at 2:02 p.m. The courtroom is very pleasant. There are many chairs with metal benches, comfortable seats for the audience to sit there. A chair for the judge came on the left side from behind and to the left. Say no to plagiarism. Get a tailor-made essay on "Why Violent Video Games Shouldn't Be Banned"? There was a sheriff who held the defendants in the court room. The two lawyers who explain very briefly the situations that occur with the defender. Now, this was the first case I saw. He told that person's story. In court the lawyer showed some papers, then sometimes the judge decided that the person had been released. This case was solved in 10 minutes. In the second I saw a case where a woman was defended. She was homeless. She was a drug addicted woman. The lawyer explains the lady's story. He stole something from someone in a drug addiction situation. Someone reported this lady in January. But she was arrested on May 29. After May 31 she was released by law. But make a few appointments to complete the case. He missed many appointments due to some difficult situations. But, in the current case, the lawyer recounted the situations where she got stuck in the problem, like she said she missed the bus to get to the court for her appointment. It happens to her two or three times because she doesn't have enough money to go to court. Because she's homeless. He has a court date on September 27, so he would have had to catch the bus at 9:30 to get to court. Afterwards, he took the bus at 11.30pm. He fought a lot for this. A lawyer told the lady's whole story. Some documents were delivered to the judge by the lawyer. Once again, many things have been said against the lawyer that have something to do with his life and others that have nothing to do with him. Both lawyers reportedly told the story. That time defended yourself in court by the sheriff while he was telling the story by the lawyer. That lady wants to say something while she spoke against the lawyer in front of the judge. the lady has a few minutes to say something. After a few times, the judge wrote down all the things I saw. Everything read by the judge in his reports. Finally, the judge makes the first and last decision regarding the lady's life. The decision was made when she was released from prison. And he was very happy, but he has a warning for next time. Interestingly, I learn a lot of things from the court. It was my first experience entering the court. In the end, he acquired this thing and will never do it again.
