Leadership means having the potential to lead. It is a skill that can handle any type of situation. The ability to solve problems, and it is a unique attitude that a person can have. A person born as a leader has a higher goal. They are the ones who can make the impossible possible in busy times. Leadership is the ability to assist a group of people, an organization such as a church, a business, a community, and even one's own family. It is also a responsibility to your subordinates to provide guidance, ideas, vision and goals. For me it is a great responsibility, not only for yourself but for everyone who follows you.
