The social structure or social statutes of Germany are practically similar to those of other countries. Germany's social structure includes four social classes, upper, middle, working and lower (Satterlee, 2014). For example, McDonald's in Germany must hire a mix of social classes, a diverse group of international students, interns, or a multicultural employee, trained in international business (Luyken, 2015). Although a McDonald's retailer in Germany does not have to campaign for skilled workers in this type of restaurant chain because almost half of foreign students come from other European countries, with Russian being the most common European nationality (Luyken, 2015).
