Part 11. The author Alfonsina Storni presents herself with her indirect feminism in her essay entitled “Autodemolizione”; He doesn't write his opinions directly, he describes them with sarcasm, irony, the opposite of reality. Storni was very intelligent and knew how to show a feminist vision. This is seen a lot in Sor Juana's letter in the “Letter to Sor Filotea”. In “Autodemolizione” there are other examples of the use of irony and sarcasm. This essay is very different from Storni's other previous works. “Autodemolizione” is a self-portrait that imitates the fashion of women and the images they had with the description of their features and their costumes. They are described with percentages, for example seventy for sugar, twenty for instinct, nine for imagination and feeling, and one for heart. He writes it in the center of his essay and not with words, but on a table. The text can be related to the poem “Little Man” because it compares the role of a woman to a canary imprisoned in a cage. At first the canary wants to fly and jump out of the cage; the woman is the canary. Then in the line where he says “I say lowercase because you don't understand me”, the man doesn't understand the woman because she wants to fly and doesn't want to be caged. In the end the woman loves the man only for half an hour and nothing more. The poem does not have a specific rhyme, but uses the anaphora of “little man” at the beginning of the lines. The poem is also a metaphor for the relationship between a woman and a man, but the man does not know how to treat her. This poem is very feminist because the man calls himself small and considers himself a fool, who will never understand the woman. The author Storni essentially makes fun of man. The essay is very different and contains metaphors and hyperbole. When Storni…… middle of paper……nterior sees all that he suffers for himself as well as for his family. In environment descriptions there are two types of descriptions. Descriptions of external reality in which we talk a little about the action that took place. The other type is that the character is the narrator of the story, talking about everything that is happening to him. With him we see the forest, all the images and the pain he suffers. The final feature is that there is something chronic in this story. From the beginning of the accident to the death, there is a lot of suspense, but listing things in lists helps the readers. This record list is useful for easily seeing what's going on and understanding the story better. Since we understand the internal and external problems with all the images, everything is in a structure that remains like a puzzle. Everything is set up well and the story flows with drama..
