But most nurses' education level does not change. It's already time to think about getting higher education. However, the associate nurse is also important to patient care. But for patient satisfaction and the best outcome, it is important that we need a registered nurse who makes better decisions, effective communications and leadership skills. However, I have had an argument here as my experience as a nurse (pediatrics) has fewer medication errors by experienced nurses and better bedside nursing care by graduate nurses. One study (Blegen, Vaughn, & Goode, 2001, p. 6) found that the decrease in falls and medication errors was less with an experienced nurse than with one with a baccalaureate degree. But other aspects of nursing, such as patient education, discharge planning, leadership, and other baccalaureate-level nursing activities, not examined here.
