There are no genders, races, or cultures that take precedence over others, and we are all one in the eyes of God (Galatians 3:28). Once a diversity and inclusion plan has been implemented for a year, the organization needs to go back and reevaluate its plans to ensure they were successful. There are four steps a business can use to make sure the plan works. The first step is to review the business plan you created to ensure it includes a comprehensive diversity and inclusion plan. The company knew there was a problem to begin with, but now that a year has passed they can go and look at the plan with fresh eyes (Anderson, 2007). It's surprising what could have changed or what was missing after the plan was created
