Arachnophobia is the fear of spiders. Gephyrophobia is the fear of crossing bridges. Acrophobia is the fear of heights. The only reason they are feared is because the less you know, the more dangerous it is. Remaining ignorant about the source of fear is the only way fear can exist, so being more informed would help conquer those fears. “Nothing in life is to be feared, it is only to be understood.
