I want to help those I facilitate by choosing the most skillful way in which to respond to unpleasant thoughts, feelings or situations, providing a different vision of their life and giving them the knowledge to being in the present, focusing on developing a more accepting mind, observing your emotions as they occur practicing equanimity and balance, and realizing that thoughts come and go. It is important to reassure that we all have many choices and that one of them is to inspire compassion towards ourselves and others. It's important to train your mind to notice positive emotions and identify a neutral moment, to return to when things get overwhelmed. I have helped my clients develop the ability to manage their feelings when facing difficult emotions and have also provided compassion practices, as a powerful way to rebuild their confidence and sense of self.
