As stated earlier, whenever there is a solution to a problem, the opposing team always seems to be one step ahead of our counterattack. When law enforcement makes these much-needed technological changes, things seem to become easier for them in the sense that they can now easily adapt to how we respond to crimes and punish those who commit them. Before long, there will be changes that will make law enforcement a force to be reckoned with. Not that it's adequate at the moment.
