I have observed this gloomy atmosphere in many hospitals, and although I understand the reason for the quiet and lack of clutter, I have the feeling that this causes restlessness and apathy in most people. Even though I am young and need a lot of stimulation throughout my day, there is often little on offer in a hospital for patients of any age. Patch decides to correct the gloomy atmosphere by visiting the patients and making them laugh.
