The mission statement of the Florida Coalition Against Domestic Violence. is “to create a violence-free world by eliminating institutional and personal violence and oppression for all through the empowerment of women and children (FCADV, 2016).3. Who do you think the target audience is? FCADV's audience includes victims of domestic violence through their support organizations. Those organizations are statewide advocates for policy for Florida's 40 domestic violence shelters. The FCADV provides leadership, advocacy, education, training, technical assistance, public policy, development, and support to domestic violence shelter programs (FCADV, 2016). Additionally, they provide legal assistance to victims of domestic violence through their legal clearinghouse and through legal aid projects. They also provide a helpline for victims of domestic violence operated by Florida Legal Services (FCADV, 2016).4. Does the organization have a social media account? However, both provide similar insights. However, the NCDV has a clearly visible security exit button and this is very important for victims when trying to search for information online.10. If your organization had the option to add a service, what do you think it should add? They should add a place where a person can submit their contact information if needed. This can benefit the victim who needs the services of one of their agencies. However, once filled out and submitted, the box should reset to an empty box. This can be useful if the attacker takes away the victim's phone and car keys. Therefore, if the victim has the opportunity to access the computer, the data sent can help victims by letting someone know that they need assistance. However, it should not be used to replace 911.
