Decision making is defined as a simple cognitive process that people perform in every situation at all levels, individual, organizational and inter-organizational (Tsoukiás, 2008) to make a judgment . In other words, decision making refers to the entire process of selecting an appropriate action to deal with each situation. While judgment refers to the integration of decision making involved in evaluating, estimating and assuming the possibility of the problem which leads to the appropriate response for each problem (Hastie, 2001). Therefore, decision making could be defined as “the ability to gather and integrate information, use good judgment, identify alternatives, select the best solution, and evaluate consequences” (Cannon-Bowers, Tannebaum, Salas, & Volpe, 1995: p. 346). Decision making has many benefits that have been widely used in real-life decision-making situations in myriad fields such as healthcare, management, law, accounting, marketing, and psychology (Hoffman and Yates, 2005). The basis of common decision making is rational choice theory. For this reason, many people do not make important decisions on their own without consulting others
