It is clear that these examples are few, but they are the broadest and strongest. The power of an individual can be overlooked even if before there was a majority only the self existed. This is where the foundations of power can be found. Before community and big government can gain power, it starts with the inner self. Here an evaluation process takes place, analyzing morals, values ​​and issues involving the bigger picture. When an individual has recognized who they are and what they stand for, the first layer of the foundation has just been poured. From here choosing to educate yourself and engage in your community is the next essential step to completing the foundation. Building the structure and completing a solid structure involves bringing families, neighborhoods and communities closer together. Through networking and action, communities become empowered. Self-empowerment is a crucial part of an individual's life. Many events happen before reaching this point in life. A serious evaluation of who you are and what you stand for is important when considering where and what to spend your energy. If someone has found themselves satisfied in their current environment by choosing to do nothing, then they have simply placed a limit on how far their inner power will reach (not much beyond their own family). However, if they wish to become an influential voice within their community, they must make the choice to be heard.
