Building relationships as a campus administrator is critical to the success of a campus. Building positive working relationships with teachers and students is critical to sustaining a community of learners. Students need to know that the administrator also faces failure, faces fear, and is willing to share himself or herself with others. Campus administrators need to present many relational strategies for teachers and students throughout the year to increase relational capacity because human beings in general tend to do more for people who they feel care about them as a
