Lunch and Gala Dinner PackagesWho: Our primary focus is to sell Niagara Cuisine which we will sell in the form of Lunch and Gala Dinner Packages along with education, entertainment and enticement . The operation will be overseen by experts who have a good understanding of authentic Niagara cuisine. There would also be some performances by experts dressed as Aboriginal people to enhance the dining experience. What: Gala dining packages would include a huge buffet of authentic Niagara delicacies. The cuisine includes a mix of Canadian, French and British food preparations that have dominated in the past. From Canadian Cuisine, visitors will have the opportunity to sample true Canadian cuisine, from baked chicken nuggets to smoked filet mignon or custard with berry sauce to maple oatmeal scones. French cuisine, known for many rich sauces, would have the most common dishes on the menu, as would British cuisine which would have Anglo-Indian influenced hybrid dishes such as chicken tikka masala and much more. The lunch and gala dinner will be accompanied by entertainment before and along with the meals will be served for a good entertainment and dining experience where visitors will be educated about the rich history and culture of Niagara through short drama, dance and music performances . When: The best time for our business would be mid-April to October, but it is open all year round. Lunch hours will be from 12pm to 3pm and dinner from 6pm to 10pm. This activity will be managed by the head chef. Why: Our vision for the floral showcase is to showcase the local culinary experience. This activity best supports our vision. This activity would offer visitors a unique experience regarding the history of Niagara... respectively middle of the paper... signage and no-go areas in case of chaos/evacuation and privacy.
