I enjoyed hearing Kelly sing in both films and found him to be quite good and once you combine this with his ability to dance and act, it makes him stand out even more as an extremely talented person. I think if an individual sees an area in which he may be lacking, he should perfect his other skills to the point where it isn't even noticeable, Gene Kelly's singing perhaps to others and himself could be at a seventy-five percent level . but with his dancing talent at a one hundred and twenty-five percent level, it almost balances itself out, so that it couldn't be said that some felt he was lacking in that area.
