For me this chapter has probably been the most beneficial for my career now because we are trying to build our team at school. The text explains that the four Cs that must be understood by OD professionals in order to carry out effective team building are: context, composition, skills and change management (Rothwell, Stavros, Sullivan and Sullivan, 2010).
