The interview refers to the information presented in the course in the context of the Macro level, organizations and communities. The macro level includes planning, implementation, evaluation, conclusion, and follow-up (Kirst-Ashman and Hull, 2015). There may be numerous tasks associated with modifying large systems that require cohesive efforts of multiple groups (Kirst-Ashman and Hull, 2013). In Tiernan's project the Macro level is evident in working with multiple groups, consisting of his colleagues, city council members and community developers.
