As more and more music was added to iTunes, the tagline changed from 1,000 to "10,000 songs in your pocket" and eventually became "The new iPod: The best just got better ". In addition to television commercials, Apple used print ads and billboards that followed the television commercials in a silhouette style. These print ads consisted of dark silhouettes on a brightly colored background. The silhouettes were in the shape of people dancing while listening to a white iPod with white headphones. Some of the print ads featured only the Apple logo and iPod, while others had different slogans. Billboard ads would have multiple ads printed next to or next to each other to allow consumers to become familiar with the product as it was still new to the market at the time of release.
