We demand the abolition of the regular army and the creation of a national (people's) army. We demand that there be a legal campaign against those who deliberately propagate political lies and spread them through the press. To make the creation of a German press possible, we demand: All editors and their collaborators of newspapers published in German be German citizens. Non-German newspapers may only be published with the express permission of the state. They must not be published in German. All financial interests in German newspapers or in any way relating to them will be prohibited by law to non-Germans, and we demand that the punishment for transgression of this law be the immediate suppression of the newspaper and the expulsion of non-Germans from the Reich. . Newspapers against the common good will be suppressed. We demand legal action against those trends in art and literature that have a disruptive influence on the lives of our people, and that any organization that offends the aforementioned demands be
