I interviewed the Human Resources Manager, Mr. John Smith, from a respected university. I asked him to come get coffee at the Starbucks coffee shop. He didn't refuse me and came on time. First, I shared my course content and everything I knew about the course and career. I started by explaining many things regarding human resources management, since in my eyes he is the most competent human resources manager. I began by describing what our College teaches about human resource management. Thesis StatementReflection, research, and mentorship help us embrace truth for our benefit, which helps us become more authentic individuals. An effective leader knows his or her strengths and weaknesses, his or her passions and obligations, and increasingly learns to manage his or her emotions, shortcomings, and challenges.II. DiscussionWith that interview I learned many leadership styles and motivational theories, which I studied in my college classes from Mr. John. This article reflects what I learned from him.A. Effective LeadershipLeadership is the result of a combination of traits, with particular emphasis on the personal qualities of the leader, who should possess some personality traits that would be special facilitators in leadership performance. This theory shows that leaders are born as such, there is no probability of "creating" them later with personal development techniques. The view of leadership that leaders are born made and do not learn to be made is still considered but not popular among researchers (Avolio et al, 2013).1. TraitsTrait theory prevailed until the 1940s, moving to study these characteristics from a universalistic perspective....... half of the article ......tedBedford, C., & Gehlert, KM (2013).
