I learned different skills and techniques on how to approach and how not to approach. The self-assessments gave me an idea of what is asked of a great manager. The MBTI test is a galvanizing factor that serves as a blueprint for my future career. He gave me helpful advice that I can imagine myself doing and gave me warnings about potential pitfalls I might face along the way. The extensive teamwork and experience of constructive feedback helped create an unforgettable experience, a little taste of what types of conflicts a manager should deal with. A team of 5 students is already difficult to manage, I can't imagine managing 10 or 100 people. The Personal Leadership Philosophy is an essential reminder not only to others but also to myself. Remind everyone to stay on track to achieve common beliefs and values. I believe the PLP will represent me as a leader and give others a reason to follow and be a part of. Overall, everything I learned and absorbed from the first day of this class has stuck in my heart and brain. These are the life lessons that will definitely come in handy when I encounter obstacles in real life. I can always sit and think about how this course has helped me and how
